Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

GIFT CARDS AND PACKAGES USER AGREEMENT

This Agreement (the agreement) is between Glampsource (the issuer of Gift Cards and Packages) and you and sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of Glampsource Gift Cards and Packages. The purchase and use of gift cards and packages implies acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement, which may be modified at any time without notice.

GIFT CARDS AND PACKAGES

Gift cards and packages have a reserve value and cannot be topped up with additional funds. Gift cards and packages can be used exclusively at all Glampsource partner establishments. A direct booking (without any intermediary) is mandatory. Gift cards and packages cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. To find out which services and activities are covered by gift cards or packages, contact the establishment directly.

GLAMPSOURCE PARTNERS

The list of Glampsource partner establishments is constantly updated. Some institutions may withdraw from the network and others may join. For a list of current member establishments, see our website.

VALUE OF GIFT CARDS AND PACKAGES

When purchasing gift cards and packages, the available balance will be the activated value of the gift card or package. The initial available balance will be reduced by each use of the gift card or package. The balance is not refundable or exchangeable for credit or cash. When the balance is equal to zero, the card or package will no longer be valid and any additional transactions on it will be refused.

VALIDITY OF GIFT CARDS AND PACKAGES

Gift cards and packages do not have an expiration date.

TRANSACTION EXCEEDING THE VALUE OF THE GIFT CARD OR PACKAGE

For a transaction exceeding the available balance of the gift card or package, you can combine the use of the gift card or package with another method of payment accepted by the establishment where the gift card or package will be used.

LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS AND PACKAGES

If the gift card or package is lost or stolen, you may request a replacement gift card or package (digital version only), provided you provide the original receipt of purchase. A replacement gift card or digital plan will be activated for the amount of the available balance of the gift card or plan at the time of replacement. The request for a gift card or a replacement package may be refused if the personnel reviewing the request concludes, in their sole and absolute discretion, that the issuance of a gift card or a replacement plan involves suspicious or fraudulent activity or unacceptable risk. Under no circumstances can Glampsource be held responsible for fraudulent use of a lost or stolen gift card or package. Glampsource reserves the right to cancel the validity of a card or package used and/or acquired fraudulently.

ENDING THE PROGRAM

Glampsource reserves the right to terminate the gift card or package program at any time, in which case it will inform cardholders of the termination of the program and the terms of use and refund of any available balance.
