2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

How do I book with a pack?

Once you've purchased your "Escapade Pack", when you're ready to book, simply let us know either by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at 873-878-2433 the dates of your stay and the type of mini-cottage. Upon booking, your credit will be automatically applied.

What's included in the package?

All Escapade packs include credits for reservations in our mini-cabins for two or four people, in any of our homes and on any available date (depending on your Escapade pack choice). If you book for a longer period than that covered by the pack's credits, the latter will apply to the cheapest nights, and you will have to pay for the extra nights at the time of booking. Any additional charges, such as pet fees, firewood, groceries, Early Check in or Late Check out, store products or extra nights, will be charged to your credit card. Escapade Packs exclude the mini chalet "Le Massawippi" at Station Chêne Rouge.

How long do I have to use my packs?

Escapade Pack credits can be used for all bookings within two years of the date of purchase. We encourage you to book your getaways early and often.

How do mixed nights work?

The four-night Getaway pack and the six-night pack can be used for any combination of nights - multiple one-night stays, one long trip, two shorter trips, or any other combination you wish to use, subject to our availability. The three-night pack must be used for a trip of three consecutive nights only. Getaway Packs exclude the "Le Massawippi" mini chalet at Station Chêne Rouge.

Are packs refundable?

The Escapade and Station Chêne Rouge Packs assume no responsibility for early departures, cancellations or changes to reservations due to environmental conditions or any other reasons beyond our control (temperature, weather and/or road conditions, snow, cold, ice or black ice, frost, natural disasters, extreme heat, wild animals, forest fires, floods, etc.).

Packs are non-refundable, but if you cancel or postpone your reservation(s) 15 days or more in advance, 100% of your Escapade pack credit will be fully restored.

If you cancel or postpone your reservation(s) less than 15 days in advance, your entire stay will be charged (lodging tax, GST, QST and other purchases). Escapade packs and rates are non-refundable.

Escapade Packs and Station Chêne Rouge assume no responsibility for reservation cancellations or changes due to environmental conditions or other reasons beyond our control (weather and road conditions, natural disasters, forest fires, floods, etc.).

Can I use a gift card or promo code to buy a Escapade Pack?

Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Escapade packs.

Is there a minimum and maximum length of stay?

Certain times of the year require a minimum two-night stay when booking on specific dates depending on seasonality, property and demand. If this restriction applies to the desired dates, the website will not allow you to continue. If the website allows you to continue, the restriction does not apply to those dates. Weekdays are the nights from Sunday to Wednesday. To better enjoy the benefits of nature and disconnection, we recommend that guests stay at least two nights. All getaways have a maximum duration of seven nights.

Are there any blackout dates?

Yes, our Getaway Packs exclude the mini chalet "Le Massawippi" at Station Chêne Rouge. Otherwise, there are no blackout dates. You are free to use your packs according to availability and outpost restrictions mentioned above.

Can I upgrade a pack after I've purchased it?

We can't upgrade a pack you've already bought, but you can buy another pack separately.
