How do I book with a pack?

After purchasing your "Glampsource Escapade pack", when you are ready to book, you just need to communicate either by email at [email protected] or by phone at 873-878-2433 the dates of your stay and the type of mini chalet. During the booking, your credit will be automatically applied.

What's included in the pack?

All Glampsource Escapade packs include credits for bookings in our mini chalets for two or four people, in any of our dwellings and on any available date (depending on your Glampsource Escapade pack choice). If you book a longer period than covered by the pack credits, these will apply to the cheapest nights, and you will have to pay for the extra nights at the time of booking. All additional fees, such as pet fees, firewood, provisions, Early check-in or Late Check-out, shop products, or extra nights, will be charged to your credit card. The Glampsource Escapade Packs exclude the “Le Massawippi” mini chalet from Station Chêne Rouge.

How long do I have to use my pack?

Glampsource Escapade pack credits can be used for all bookings within two years of the purchase date. We encourage you to book your getaways in advance, and often.

How do mixed nights work?

The four-night Glampsource Escapade pack and the six-night pack can be used for any combination of nights - multiple one-night stays, a long trip, two shorter trips, or any other combination you wish to use, depending on our availability. The three-night pack must be used for a three consecutive nights trip only. The Glampsource Escapade Packs exclude the “Le Massawippi” mini chalet from Station Chêne Rouge.

Are the packs refundable?

Glampsource Escapade packs and Station Chêne Rouge assume no responsibility for early departure, cancellation, or reservation modification due to environmental conditions or any other reasons beyond our control (temperature, weather and/or road conditions, snow, cold, ice or black ice, frost, a natural disaster, heat waves, wild animals, a wildfire, flood, etc).

The packs are not refundable, but if you cancel or postpone your reservation(s) 15 days or more in advance, 100% of your Glampsource Escapade pack credit will be fully restored.

If you cancel or postpone your reservation(s) less than 15 days in advance, the total credits of your stay will be charged (Accommodation tax, GST, QST, and other purchases). The Glampsource Escapade packs and their rates are non-refundable.

Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Glampsource Escapade packs.

Is there a minimum and maximum stay duration?

Some times of the year require a minimum two-night stay when booking on specific dates depending on seasonality, property, and demand. If this restriction applies to your desired dates, the website will not allow you to continue. If the site allows you to continue, it means that the restriction does not apply to those dates. Are there any blackout dates?

Yes. The Glampsource Escapade Packs exclude the "Le Massawippi" mini chalet from Station Chêne Rouge. Otherwise, there are no limited dates. You are free to use your packs based on availability and the restrictions at the outpost mentioned above.

Is it possible to upgrade a pack after purchasing it?

We cannot upgrade a pack that has already been purchased, but you can buy another pack separately.
